Our aim for this landscape was to pay homage to the location and history of this country property. Situated in a natural environment, the renovated old home stands as a symbol of its long-standing heritage. The landscaping design is intentionally natural, exuding a sense of tranquility and blending seamlessly with its surroundings. The old rubble ruins, though newly constructed, evoke an aged aesthetic, further adding to the charm. We created a safe and enchanting space for late-night relaxation in the hot tub, while the pond running alongside the home features a small swimming hole, perfect for the grandchildren’s playful adventures. Lastly, the sunken fire pit provides a secluded retreat, where storytelling and reminiscing about bygone years can be enjoyed by the whole family.
