Our History

From small beginnings to decades of dependable service, our story is built on relationships, results, and a commitment to doing right by your property — with care that’s stood the test of time.

1993 – Whispering Pines Landscaping Was Established

After earning a diploma in Ornamental Horticulture from Ridgetown College, Greg Wildeboer founded Whispering Pines Landscaping with a clear vision: deliver quality landscaping with respect, integrity, and care. Those same values still guide our work today.

1997 – Our First Shop in Waldemar

Four years in, we established our first home base in Waldemar—giving our growing team a space to manage operations and support a loyal base of residential clients.

2005 – Moving Operations to Commerce Road, Orangeville

With more projects and deeper relationships, we relocated to a commercial site in Orangeville. This step allowed us to expand our services while staying closely connected to our community.

2020 – A Purpose-Built Site in Amaranth

We moved to a larger property on County Road 11 in Amaranth, designed to support long-term growth, efficient workflows, and a better experience for both clients and team members.
